Michael Fisher Fire damaged a building at the Monaghan County Council waste facility at Scotch Corner near Annyalla early yesterday morning. A brief statement by the Council said the fire, which was attended by the fire brigade, was confined to the office building at the site. Gardaí also attended the scene.
