Monaghan camera club have loaned several of their photographs to St Aidan’s to inspire students to create their own photographic compositions. The work seen in school is creative and engages the viewer in perspectives only seen through the camera. COOTEHILL SCHOOL IMPOSES TEMPORARY CLOSURE AS COVID-19 MEASURE
The Holy Family School in Cootehill has announced a temporary closure until November 2 next as a Covid- 19 safety measure after a number of confirmed cases of the virus arose within the school community. The Board of Management of the school has written to parents to inform them of the decision, stating that they had a duty of care to all pupils and staff and felt that the temporary closure was the most prudent course of action. This project is called ‘student voice’, and is funded by the Arts Council of Ireland.
