Michael McDonnell What Might be seen as a harmless “prank” to some is actually viewed by those tasked with law enforcement as a very serious offence that could result in the injury or even death of the hapless victim — that was the message from Noel halton, a lifelong cycling enthusiast who was knocked off his bicycle this week when an argos catalogue was apparently thrown at him by an occupant of a passing car.
