Michael Fisher An amended plan for a wind farm in the Errigal Truagh area of north Monaghan has been refused planning permission by Monaghan County Council because it did not include a suitable survey of hen harriers in the Sliabh Beagh area carried out during the breeding season. MARATHON RUNNERS RAISE €17,000 FOR SPECIAL NEEDS GROUP
