CO MONAGHAN HOUSE PRICES RISE BY €12,000

Property prices in Monaghan have risen by €10,000 in the last year, according to the latest MyHome.ie Property Report in association with Davy. The report for Q1 2018 shows that the median asking price for a property in the county now stands at €150,000. This is up €3,000 or 2% from the previous quarter at the end of 2017 but is also up 7.1% from €140,000 at the same stage last year.
