Jasper from Smithborough has been Reunited with his Owner Michael Fisher It’s a long, long way from Smithborough to Letterkenny, over 100km, especially for a dog! A Co. Monaghan dog has now been happily reunited with his owner after the animal was discovered wandering the streets of the Co. Donegal town earlier this month. BUS ÉIREANN ANNOUNCES INTRODUCTION OF ADDITIONAL MONAGHAN SERVICE

An additional service from Letterkenny to Monaghan and on to Dublin has been introduced by Bus Éireann from Sunday last. Bus Éireann confirmed to the Northern Standard this week that they are now running an additional Expressway 32 service between Letterkenny and Dublin, serving Lifford and Monaghan. The coach will depart Letterkenny at 17:45 (5.45pm) and depart Dublin at 22:45 (10.45pm). Online booking is available at expressway.ie and a number of seats are available on a ‘walk up’ basis…
