Six outdoor amenity projects in Co Monaghan are to benefit from a €250,000 funding announcement under the CLÁR programme. Garda detectives from Carrickmacross joined with members of the PSNI’s major investigation team last week in a renewed investigative initiative into the murder at Oram in Castleblayney in 2007 of 21-year-old Cullyhanna man Paul Quinn. A number of addresses in the South Armagh area were visited during the joint operation.
