€3 MILLION INVESTMENT IN WALKING AND CYCLING PROJECTS IN CO MONAGHAN ANNOUNCED
Monaghan Co Council is to receive a €3 million share of a major national funding package announced yesterday, Wednesday for the further development of walking and cycling infrastructure in the county. The money is being made available by the National Transport Authority. Among the most significant of the Co Monaghan allocations in monetary terms is €485,000 for the upgrade of the Monaghan Town Greenway.
