MONAGHAN PROPERTY PRICES RISE BY €5K IN PAST YEAR

Property prices in Monaghan have risen by €5,000 in the last year, according to the latest MyHome.ie Property Report in association with Davy. The report for Q2 2018 shows that the median asking price for a property in the county now stands at €150,000. While this was unchanged from the first quarter of the year, prices remain 3.5% ahead of where they were this time last year at €145,000.
