SSE Airtricity, Ireland’s largest renewable energy provider, recently handed out more than €120,000 to community groups close to its Bindoo and Gartnaneane Wind Farms in Co Cavan, and to the Mullananalt Wind Farm in Co Monaghan. Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport Shane Ross TD will visit Co Monaghan to examine for himself the condition of local roads on Tuesday, August 21st, it was confirmed this week.
