PUBLIC OUTRAGE AS DEFIBRILLATOR VANDALISED
Strong local condemnation has been voiced following the weekend vandalism of a defibrillator located at the Tax Office building in Market Street in Monaghan Town. The defibrillator – one of a number of the potentially life-saving devices located at public buildings, community facilities and business locations in the town – was damaged in the early hours of Sunday morning.
