By PATSY McARDLE THE announcement on Monday last by Lakeland Dairies of a €36 million expansion of milk powder processing operations at their Bailieboro plant is seen as a huge boost for the dairying sector and for the future general economy of the Cavan-Monaghan region. Monaghan is back in its rightful place of leadership with the opening of a new Education Campus and the jobs announcement by Combilift, according to An Taoiseach Enda Kenny T.D.
