By PATSY McARDLE A woman was killed yesterday afternoon (Wed) in a road traffic accident at Castleblayney. The woman, who was aged 59, was struck by a lorry while she was walking across an area at West Street in the town beside a pedestrian crossing, close to a junction with the main Dublin/Derry Road .
