SIGNIFICANT EXPANSION IN PROSPECT AT MONAGHAN INSTITUTE

A funding application has been made to the further education and training agency Solas to significantly expand the facilities available at Monaghan Institute, the education facility’s 2022 graduation ceremony was told on Friday last. Chief Executive of Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board Dr Fiona McGrath outlined plans to extend the Institute to facilitate more office space and the expansion of its apprenticeship programmes.

Students from across a range of further education and training disciplines received qualifications and awards at what was the Institute’s first inperson graduation since the onset of Covid-19 pandemic restrictions in 2019.
