ENTERPRISE CENTRES IN ‘BLAYNEY AND MONAGHAN GET FINANCIAL BOOST

Significant funding for Castleblayney Community Enterprise CLG and the Monaghan Co Enterprise Fund was announced by the Government this week. The Castleblayney group is to get €45,760 while the county fund will benefit to the tune of €81,600 from investment which Government Minister and Cavan/Monaghan Fine Gael TD Heather Humphreys said would benefit businesses and self-employed people in the county.

“Our enterprise centres play a crucial role in providing supports for business and potential entrepreneurs,” Minister Humphreys stated. “Small businesses have dug deep during this pandemic and adapted in order to serve their customers and communities. This funding is a recognition of government of the importance of our enterprise centres.”

The Co Monaghan funding is part of an €8.24 million grants package under Enterprise Ireland’s Enterprise Centres Fund announced by Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment…
