FAMILY RESOURCE CENTRES ASKED TO PLAY LEAD ROLE IN ENSURING SAFE HALLOWE’EN FOR CO MONAGHAN CHILDREN

Family Resource Centres in Co Monaghan will play a vital role in ensuring that Covid-19 protocols are observed in the lead-in to, and during, this weekend’s Hallowe’en activities. The Family Resource Centres National Forum said this week that its facilities would promote important Covid-19 public safety recommendations and advice amongst harder-toreach communities in the buildup to Hallowe’en. “Since the outbreak of Covid- 19, the four Family Resource Centres in Monaghan and Cavan have played a key role working on the ground supporting communities,” National Forum Chairperson Clare Cashman told the Northern Standard this week.
