CIARAN MURRAY ISSUES LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST FAI
Former Ireland physio Ciaran Murray has lodged papers in the High Court against the Football Association of Ireland. Murray, who was the senior chartered physiotherapist with the FAI, departed his post in April of this year after 24 years working with the Ireland team. A native of Clones, Murray is regarded as a GAA legend n the county, winning Ulster championships with Monaghan in 1985 and captaining the team to another victory in 1988.
