NEW DIGITAL HUB FOR MONAGHAN

The Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation, Heather Humphreys, has announced €578,000 for the development of a Digital Hub in Monaghan town. It will involve a major extension of the M:Tek 1 building at Knockaconny to provide a digital hub, remote working and co-working office space for companies with a digital focus. Targeted at clustering tech and digital companies, the ambition is not only to attract outside investment into Monaghan, but act as a launch pad for new innovative start-ups in the community.

Announcing the funding yesterday, Minister Humphreys said: “I am delighted to announce €578,000 for the development of a Digital Hub in Monaghan.
