Video game developer Terry Cavanagh from Tydavnet has launched a new creation that could prove to be his most successful so far, judging by the great reviews it has received in America and nearer home. Dicey Dungeons is a card and dice game that follows six quirky characters through procedurally generated episodes of a game show hosted by Lady Luck. It features some creatures from Irish mythology along the way. The product was released on 13th August for Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Linux personal computers. Terry (35) says it’s the biggest and best game he has ever made. After studying mathematics at Trinity College, Dublin, Terry Cavanagh worked briefly as a market risk analyst before focusing on game development fulltime.
