MONAGHAN PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY – MASSIVE ENTRY FOR ROUND ONE

The Squealing Pig Photographer of the Year competition kicked off in style on Tuesday night last with a massive entry of 75 images. Dundalk judge Gabriel O’Shaughensy rattled through the entries and gave great feedback to all. On the night the best images were taken by Conor McCombe (advanced) and Margaret Hughes (Intermediate) both scoring 19. In the advanced section four other members scored 18 (Ben Kelly, Gerry Murtagh, Maria Thomas and Alex Watson). In the intermediate section Inese Jasinska scored an 18 and new member Bronwyn Verens had a 17 on her first outing. Full results to follow.
