Just four teams remain in the hunt for the biggest prize Monaghan sport has to offer. The Duffy Cup will winter in either Ballybay, Clontibret, Magheracloone or in its current habitat of Scotstown. Here we preview this weekend’s SFC semi-finals.

SCOTSTOWN V MAGHERACLOONE: Scotstown are looking for a fourth senior football championship title in a row and in those five appearances since 2013 they have won the title on four occasions. For their part, Magheracloone last won the senior football championship title in 2004 but they have contested the final on seven occasions since 2002 with 2004 being their only success. Scotstown started off the defence of their title with a three points victory over Carrickmacross back on August 26th which earned them a mouth…
