A DEDICATED Co. Monaghanbased group of divers are involved in plans for the historic hand-over of an artifact recovered from the ill-fated Lusitania—a passenger ship which was torpedoed by a German U-boat off the southern Irish coast near Kinsale in 2015 with the loss of 1,200 lives.
