Recent hopes that the return of services to Monaghan Hospital in order to help alleviate the current overcrowding crisis in the Irish hospital sphere was being actively considered by Minister for Health Simon Harris TD appeared to be dashed by a letter from the Minister circulated at Monday’s meeting of Monaghan Co Council.
