LOCAL AUTHORITY AND EMERGENCY SERVICES PRAISED FOR MITIGATING SEVERE WEATHER IMPACT ON MONAGHAN

The widespread public praise for the efforts of local authority personnel and members of the Fire Brigade, Civil Defence and allied emergency services to mitigate the impact on Co Monaghan of the severe winter weather conditions of last week was reflected in comments made at Monday’s meeting of Monaghan Co Council.
