GLASLOUGH HARRIERS 36TH ANNUAL ROAD RACE

Glaslough Harriers would like to thank all athletic clubs, athletes and spectators for attending our 36th Annual Road Races last Sunday 6th March. Weather conditions were perfect for the day. We had a great turnout and a lot of happy faces.

We would like to thank all Stewarts, Marshall’s, an Garda Siochana, The Red Cross, The local Residents, all our Sponsors, Peter Mc Kenna, Gareth Corrigan our MC, The Northern Standard, Emyvale.net, Paul O’ Neill, the catering staff and to everyone who helped out in any way.

Without you all it would not be possible.

Cillian O’Leary Wins Glaslough 5k In A Super Time Of 15.13

Senior Men

Congratulations to Cillian O’Leary (Raheny Shamrock AC on winning our Annual 5k.

Glaslough Harriers athlete Conor Duffy took 2nd place and Jonathan McKee (Springwell AC) took 3rd place.

Senior Women

Congratulations to Rebecca Henderson (Dromore AC) on being the 1st lady home in a time of 17.40, followed by Anne Linden and Elaine Walls both Carrick AC.

Also the club would like to apologise to Elaine on the mix up and they would also like to congratulate her on her personal best.
