SCOR NA NOG PERFORMERS “ALL WINNERS ON THE NIGHT” IN FRONT OF CAPACITY CROWD

The final Acorn Life sponsored Scór na nÓg took place in Ardaghey Community Centre on Friday night last November 23rd where a capacity crowd was treated to and thoroughly enjoyed a great nights entertainment and great credit is due to all the performers on the night.
It is an old cliché but still a true one that all the performers were all winners on the night. Eleven clubs in all were represented in the final, Scotstown, Sean McDermotts, Emyvale, Drumhowan, Monaghan Harps, Monaghan Haps Ladies, Clones, Killeevan, Truagh, Aghabog and Latton.
Fear an Tí Mackie Rooney kept the show moving at a brisk pace.
An club is Fearr Award went to Drumhowan who won out in four categories while the Peggy Mc Quaid Shield was awarded to An Bhoth.
