The Four Seasons Hotel, Monaghan and its sister hotel in Carlingford have been shortlisted for a top award.
The website www.weddingsonline.ie has named the Monaghan based hotel as one of five in Ulster in the running to receive the ‘Wedding Venue of the Year Hotel’ award.
The Four Seasons Hotel, Carlingford has been selected as one of 12 finalists hoping to scoop the Wedding Venue of the Year Hotel - Leinster.’
Entries to the 2012 awards were open to all suppliers, whether registered with WeddingsOnline.ie or not, in the 32 counties.
Suppliers enter themselves directly and are then voted on by the brides on the website.
The Four Seasons Hotels were voted in based on four factors – their beautiful wedding function suites, the quality of food and service, their ‘One Wedding a Day’ promise and their excellent value for money.
Sales and Marketing Manager with the Four Seasons Hotels, Majella Toner told the Northern Standard that the management and staff of both hotels were delighted to be shortlisted for the award. “We are thrilled to be in the final as the competition was very strong. We would like to thank all who voted for us as both hotels are truly delighted.
”The award winners will be announced in February.
