Concern was expressed at Monday’s adjourned meeting of Monaghan Co Council when members learned that only 800 people out of 12,000 had so far registered their septic tank or domestic waste water treatment systems in the county, with the deadline to avail of the reduced registration fee of €5 on Friday, September 28 fast approaching.
