Newly crowned Monaghan Rose Eleanor McQuaid has vowed to represent the county to the best of her ability. Caoimhe Daly from Truagh was one of 15 entrants in the competition who battled it out in the Four Seasons Hotel, Monaghan last Saturday night to scoop the coveted title.
