Monaghan County Board officially launched its Strategic Development Plan at a special function in the Hillgrove Hotel, Monaghan, on Monday evening last, writes JOHN GRAHAM As well as the officers of the county board, representatives of all the clubs in the county, committees and sub-committees as well as TD Margaret Conlon and other local elected representatives.
