Gardai investigating a fatal hit and run traffic collision are making a further appeal for the public’s assistance. The collision occurred on a minor road between Drumnart and Lemgare, Clontibret Co Monaghan in the early hours of Sunday, June 26. Fintan Traynor, aged 20 years, of Lemgare, Clontibret was fatally injured when he was struck by a car.
