









































Projects to encourage walking and cycling activities in Monaghan Town and Castleblayney have lost out on funding because of “mismanagement” and “favouritism” on the part of Minister for the Environment Alan Kelly, according to Cavan/Monaghan Fianna Fáil TD Brendan Smith.
