“Current resources suggest that the National Broadband Plan will not complete in Co Monaghan until the third quarter of 2025,” Shane Campbell, Chief Executive of ICBAN or the Irish Central Border Areas Network, told the members of Monaghan Co Council at their meeting on Monday.
