House price inflation remains on course for double-digit growth after prices surged by 5% in the second quarter of this year, according to the latest property report prepared by MyHome.ie in association with Davy. The report found that the “help to buy” scheme has had a significant impact on the property market, with the average cash rebate under the scheme €15,000.
