Independent member of Monaghan Co Council Seamus Treanor on Monday demanded the making public of the report from the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) which necessitated the closure of the Oriel House facility for the elderly in Monaghan Town so it could be refurbished to meet the Authority’s standards.
