Ulster and Ireland rugby star Tommy Bowe has given his backing to Darkness into Light Monaghan, which takes place in the early hours of Saturday week, May 9.   The Monaghan man, who helped third-placed Ulster to a big Guinness Pro12 win over Leinster last Friday night, took time out from his busy schedule to lend his support to the fundraising 5km walk/run for suicide and self-harm prevention charity, Pieta House. Pre-registration for Darkness into Light takes place in Monaghan Shopping Centre tomorrow (Friday) from 2-6pm and this Saturday from 10am to 4pm, as well as in the Monaghan Harps clubhouse on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 5 & 6, from 7.30 to 9.30pm. Registration is also open online at www.dil.pieta.ie.
