PUBLIC FEARS ON MASTS AND PYLONS MUST BE ADDRESSED – COLR HAGAN

Great concern was evident among the general public in the North Monaghan area and the county at large over the health implications of living in close proximity to electricity pylons and telecommunications masts – and these concerns had to be addressed by the Government.

This was stated by Fine Gael member of Monaghan Town Council Tommy Hagan this week.

Speaking to The Northern Standard, Colr Hagan – who has declared his intention to seek an Independent seat on Monaghan Co Council in May’s local elections – said a preliminary report published at European level this week about the health concerns linked to EMFs or electro magnetic fields had raised as many questions as it had answered.
