MONAGHAN HOUSE PRICES ARE ON THE INCREASE!

A PROPERTY agency survey this week has shown that house prices in Co. Monaghan are on the increase!.

It is revealed that the “asking prices” for houses in Monaghan have risen slightly in the second quarter of the year, with the latest survey from the property website MyHome.ie showing that the median price for a three-bedroom semi-detached home jumped by 7.3 per cent to €110,000.

According to the survey this is the first price rise recorded for a three- bed home in Co. Monaghan since the second quarter of 2010, with the annual rate of decling now standing at 11.65 per cent and prices 58.1 per cent off their peak.
